Properties: colorless crystal. Relative density is 1.56, melting point is 118℃. Soluble in water and ethyl alcohol.
Uses: in analytical reagent, dialysis powder and dialysis solution in pharmaceutical industry. 1. Curing agent; nutrition enhancer; flavoring agent (combined with magnesium sulfate, table salt, dibasic calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, etc.); fermenting agent such as Japanese sake; dewatering agent (for fish cake, dosage 0.05%~0.1%); tissue modifier (combined with polyphosphates, used as elasticity enhancer for surimi products);
2. Wheat flour treatment agent; dough quality improver; oxidant; canned fish meat modifier; malt saccharification treatment agent.
Packing: woven bag lined with plastic bag, kraft bag and fiber drum, net weight is 25kg.
